Hello Hampton Roads! I am a 2005 graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy and 2010 graduate of the Virginia Institute of Esthetics. I love working in the spa industry because I am able to help my clients relax their bodies, calm their minds, and rejuvenate their skin. I believe taking time for yourself is vital a component of stress management.
As a massage therapist, I strive to create a unique experience for each client. By using techniques like deep tissue massage, acupressure, and aromatherapy, each massage is tailored to your individual needs. Training under Elaine Stillerman, one of the nation's leading prenatal massage specialists, I received my Mother Massage Certification in 2006. This training allows me to address the unique needs of my pregnant and post-partum clients.
As a skin care therapist, I provide customized facials, educate my clients about proper skincare and recommend products that will promote skin health. By beginning each facial with a skin analysis, I can customize products and techniques to achieve the best results for your skin.
Beginning January 2017, I am continuing my education and pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. As a result, my hours will be limited and changing a couple times of year, but I will still continue to take new and existing clients.
